Congratulations to young Peter Crowe of the Northenden Pipe Band who came third in the Junior Solo Piping Section at the latest North West Piping Society Recital on the 21st November 2009.
Congratulations are also in order to our Pipe Major, Jim Hickey who has been teaching Peter from the start that has enabled Peter to reach such a good standard to compete with the best in the North West.
Welcome to the new members from the Clan Urquhart Highlanders Pipes & Drums who have recently joined the band after the death of their Pipe Major, Duncan Urquhart.
